Opened his first restaurant in New York City at the age of 19, located inside a big box hotel. Since 2016,
He’s operated an on-demand platform for hotel room service that leases restaurants inside of hotels and transforms the back-of house into delivery hubs that
provide room service to nearby hotels . At its peak, Tim operated scalable commissary kitchens in over 60,000 rooms nationwide and have raised over $65 million of venture capital .
