- Receives QSA every 6 months at random from brands, management companies, and asset managers
- Comply with the right brand standards (i.e. Pepsi / Marriott)
- Adhere to uniforms, staff language and presentation, physical kitchen and property FF&E and OS&E
Quality Service Audit
- Tracks guest feedback and sentiment on Medallia and across social review sites including sites like Tripadvisors.
- Medallia helps us track service and food quality by meal period and overall likelihood to recommend.
