Our Story – Promise Hospitality Group:

At Promise Hospitality Group (PHG), our journey began long before our official founding. Our roots trace back to Butler Hospitality, a pioneering hotel foodservice and ghost kitchen company that transformed the way meals were delivered to guests, patients, and communities across the nation. Founded by Premtim Gjonbalic, Butler Hospitality was at the forefront of innovation, providing high-quality meal services to over 408 hotels in 10 major U.S. cities.

Leading Through Crisis

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Butler Hospitality stood on the front lines, delivering meals to hospitals, patients, and vulnerable populations when the world needed it most. The company played a vital role in supporting healthcare workers and those in need during one of the most challenging times in modern history.

However, as the global economy shifted, Butler faced unforeseen challenges. Rising operational costs, inflation, and economic headwinds forced the company to dissolve in May 2022. While the chapter of Butler Hospitality came to a close, it planted the seeds for something even greater — Promise Hospitality Group.
